Let me introduce a British army smock from Nigel Cabourn.
The design is based on the smock that were worn by soldiers of British Army mountain troops during WW2.
They used to wear the smock on top of the army uniform, so the fitting was very roomy.

It's made of cotton twill.
I'm putting a thermal wear and a cotton sweater underneath, which tells you how roomy it is.
Drop shoulder
It has draw codes around the hood and the hem.
