I tried on chino shorts from Buzz Rickson's.

The fabric is 8.2 oz 100 % cotton  twill.

They are little bit shiny and firm, which is the standard of military.

The design is based on shorts that were worn by US military soldiers in 1950's.

The details are so unique such as front tuck, slim belt loops, and pocket with a

flap on the back.

They look roomy but the actual waist size is little bit tighter than the shown size.

Zipper fly with TALON zipper.

Pockets are made of mesh fabric to make the shorts themselves light.
