The design is based on the military model that were issued to soldiers who were working in the dune

or desert.

Model: Height 178 cm Weight 73 kg  wearing only a T-shirt inside

In conclusion, both sizes fit me well.

However, it would be difficult to wear something thicker than a T-shirt inside when I'm trying on

size M.

You can go for size M to take the just fitting as your priority,

or go for size L to be free to wear whatever you like inside.
